Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a fee of 30% of the scheduled service. Appointments missed or no showed will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments without prior notice impact our ability to accommodate other guests and maintain the high standards you deserve. Therefore, you will be charged a fee without proper notice.
